Let’s Talk About Therapy

You don’t have to figure everything out on your own.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can help. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals navigating depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, autism, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. Many of my clients come to me feeling like something just isn’t working in their life—and together, we figure out what that is and how to change it.

My approach to therapy is warm, curious, and collaborative. I ask thoughtful, informed questions to help you explore your experiences, identify patterns, and find tools that actually work for you. In our first few sessions, you can expect a safe, supportive space to get to know one another and map out what therapy might look like for your unique needs.

In addition to therapy, I also provide assessments for ADHD and autism. I bring years of experience and genuine enthusiasm to this work—helping people better understand themselves is one of my favorite parts of what I do.

If you’re looking for a therapist who meets you with compassion, insight, and a deep respect for your lived experience, I’d love to connect.
